4-Day Merzouga Desert Trip

After pickup from your hotel or the airport, travel to Ouarzazate عبر the Tizi n Tichka mountain pass. Visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, then follow the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs to Kelaat M Gouna and continue to the Dades Gorges for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, travel through the Todgha Gorges and stop for lunch. Continue towards Merzouga, passing the Jorf palm grove and Erfoud. Upon arrival, switch to camels and ride to a Bedouin camp, where a traditional dinner awaits.

Enjoy an early morning camel ride to watch the sunrise in the desert. Travel through Rissani and Alnif, then cross the Anti Atlas Mountains. Stop for lunch in Kelaat M Gouna before arriving in Ouarzazate for an overnight stay.

Enjoy a free morning to explore Ouarzazate before departure between 12 pm and 3:30 pm. Arrival in Marrakech is scheduled for late evening. Luxury hotels: Azawad Luxury Desert Camp in Merzouga. Accommodation in Dadès and Ouarzazate remains the same for both categories. Rooms are offered in double occupancy, with triple and family options available. Standard rooms may include shared showers, while superior rooms feature private bathrooms. A supplement applies for single travelers. During peak season, shared bathrooms may be used in some standard accommodations. Hotel Pickup Pickup is included for guests staying outside the Medina. An extra charge may apply for hotels located further from Marrakech.
