Moroccaly is a digital platform operated by a company registered in Morocco (hereinafter, “Moroccaly”). Moroccaly acts as a technology intermediary connecting travelers with independent local providers offering experiences, activities and tourism-related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Moroccaly does not act as a tour operator nor as the direct provider of the experiences published on the Platform.

The Platform allows users to: - Discover local experiences in Morocco. - Book activities offered by independent providers. - Access information, content and services related to travel experiences. Moroccaly facilitates the connection between users and local experts, promoting authentic and verified experiences.

Moroccaly acts exclusively as a digital intermediary between users and independent local providers. Each experience listed on the Platform is the sole responsibility of the provider offering it, including: - Proper execution of the service. - Required licenses, insurance and permits. - Compliance with applicable local regulations. Moroccaly does not assume responsibility for the material execution of the activities.

To make bookings, users may create an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Moroccaly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By completing a booking, the user agrees to: - The specific conditions of the selected experience. - The cancellation policy indicated on each activity. - The total price displayed before payment. Once payment is confirmed, the user will receive an email confirmation with the booking details.

Prices displayed on the Platform correspond to the amounts shown at the time of booking. Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Moroccaly does not store full bank card details. The user authorizes the charge through the selected payment method.

Each experience may have specific cancellation conditions defined by the provider. Users must review these conditions before confirming their booking. In case of cancellation within the permitted timeframe, refunds will be processed according to the applicable policy and original payment method, unless otherwise specified.

Users agree to: - Provide accurate information. - Respect local rules and cultural norms during experiences. - Follow the provider’s instructions during activities. Moroccaly shall not be responsible for improper behavior by users during the provision of services.

Moroccaly makes reasonable efforts to verify the information published on the Platform but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moroccaly shall not be liable for: - Damages arising from the execution of experiences by independent providers. - Operational changes made by providers. - Cancellations due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Users may publish reviews and ratings about completed experiences. Moroccaly reserves the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms. The user grants Moroccaly a non-exclusive license to use content published on the Platform for promotional or commercial purposes related to the service.

All Platform content, including text, design, logos, images and the Moroccaly brand, is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by Moroccaly’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, the user accepts such processing in accordance with applicable regulations.

Moroccaly may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
