Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen

Your driver will meet you at the airport or the Port of Tangier and transfer you to Chefchaouen, known as Morocco’s Blue City. After visiting its historic center, you will be escorted to your hotel or riad for the night.

Day 2: Chefchaouen – Ancient Roman City Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

After breakfast, visit the archaeological site of Volubilis, a UNESCO listed landmark. Then explore Meknes, one of Morocco’s four Imperial Cities, before continuing to Fez for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Fez

Meet your English speaking guide for a walking tour of the Old Town of Fez, visiting major landmarks such as the Karaouine Mosque and the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. In the afternoon, return to your hotel.

Day 4: Fez – Midelt – Merzouga

Journey through cedar forests towards Midelt while learning about Berber culture and traditions. Enjoy a camel ride in the Merzouga Desert and spend the night in a traditional desert camp.

Day 5: Merzouga – Todgha Gorge – Ouarzazate

Admire the sunrise over the dunes before heading to the Todgha Gorge. Later, continue to Ouarzazate, known as the Door of the Desert, where you will spend the night.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Ait-Ben-Haddou – Marrakech

Travel from Ouarzazate to Ait Ben Haddou, where you will explore this historic ksar before continuing on to Marrakech.

Day 7: Marrakech

After breakfast, take part in a guided walking tour of Marrakech’s Medina, visiting landmarks such as the Bahia Palace and Jemaa el Fna Square. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 8: Marrakech Airport

On the final day, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport. Marrakech: Riad Marana, Riad Maialou, Riad Bahia Salam or similar. Luxury category: Chefchaouen: Riad Lina and Spa, Riad Cherifa or similar. Fez: Riad El Yacout, Riad Tafilalt, Hotel Across or similar. Merzouga Desert: Luxury desert camp Bivouac Azawad or similar. Ouarzazate: Dar Chamaa, Le Petit Riad, Riad Ouarzazate or similar. Marrakech: Riad Marana, Riad Palais Sebban, Riad Ksar Anika, Hotel Opera Plaza or similar. All rooms and tents are double occupancy. Single rooms are not available. Triple and family rooms can be requested. In the standard category, bathrooms are shared, while superior options include private bathrooms. Air conditioning in luxury camps may incur an additional fee. Temporary closures Meknes is currently undergoing renovation works. The Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate is also closed to visitors but can still be viewed and photographed from the outside.
