Moroccan Coast Day Trip: Cape Spartel, Hercules Caves & Asilah

At the designated time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Tangier for a full-day journey along the Moroccan coastline, including Cape Spartel, the Hercules Caves, and the town of Asilah. Our first stop will be Cape Spartel, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. After a 30-minute drive, we’ll reach the lighthouse viewpoint overlooking the dramatic coastline. Here, we’ll also enjoy a 15-minute camel ride along the beach. We’ll then continue to the Hercules Caves, famous for their opening known as “The Map of Africa.” Legend says Hercules rested here, adding mythical significance to the site. After the visit, we’ll head to Asilah for a 1-hour guided tour of its Medina to discover its historic and artistic heritage. You’ll then have 1 hour of free time to stroll, enjoy local cuisine, or shop for souvenirs. Finally, we’ll return you to your hotel or to the Tangier Medina 5 hours after pickup.
