5 DAYS TOUR: MARRAKECH - WILD DESERT

We depart from Marrakech to the south, ascending through the impressive Tizi N' Tichka pass in the High Atlas, where we will make stops to enjoy the panoramic views. We will visit an argan cooperative to learn about the production of this valuable oil. Upon arrival in Ouarzazate, we will have the option to explore the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, another imposing example of traditional construction in southern Morocco.

After breakfast, we begin our journey to the majestic Draa Valley, famous for its vast palm groves and historic kasbahs. We will make a stop at Tamegroute, known for its green pottery and its ancient library that houses sacred texts. Then, we will continue to Tafraoute Sidi Ali, an unexplored desert that offers breathtaking landscapes and a unique atmosphere of tranquility, where a few dozen families live. Here, we will immerse ourselves in Berber culture, enjoying local hospitality in this remote desert village. We will spend the night in a cozy accommodation, surrounded by natural beauty and far from civilization.

After enjoying a delicious traditional breakfast, we will start our journey to Ramlia, a charming village where we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in authentic Moroccan rural life. Later, we will venture along the famous Paris-Dakar Road, a route that will give us breathtaking panoramic views of the desert. In the evening, we will arrive in Merzouga, where we will embark on an exciting camel excursion to ascend the highest dune, just in time to capture the magnificent sunset. From this privileged height, we will not only enjoy panoramic views, but we will also have the opportunity to practice sandboarding. It will be the perfect time to capture unique photographs of the sunset over the vast sea of sand. On the way back to the camp, an unforgettable night awaits us under a starry sky. We will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner outdoors and close the day with drum music, offered by our nomadic hosts.

After watching the sunrise over the great dune, we will enjoy a delicious traditional breakfast and then head towards Rissani, famous for its lively market, where you will have the opportunity to discover local products and authentic handicrafts. We will continue our journey to Erfoud, known for its prehistoric fossils and rich history. As we move forward, we will cross the enchanting Valley of Roses, famous for its lush landscapes and rose crops, especially in spring, when the scent of flowers fills the air. Then, we will stop in Tinerhir, a picturesque village that offers spectacular views of the mountains. Finally, we will arrive in Bomaln Dades, where we will explore the impressive Dades Gorges, a place of indescribable natural beauty. We will spend the night in a hotel with panoramic views that will allow us to enjoy the majesty of the landscape.

On our last day, we will explore the enchanting Valley of Roses, renowned for its rose crops and the exquisite artisanal products derived from these splendid flowers. We will make a stop in Ouarzazate to savor our last moments in this magical region before returning to Marrakech. During our trip, we will enjoy lunch in a cozy local restaurant, tasting the traditional gastronomy. Upon arrival in Marrakech, we will conclude our tour, taking with us indelible memories and the echo of breathtaking landscapes.
