Food Tour of Fez

At the scheduled time, we’ll meet in front of the entrance of the Bab Al Madina Hotel, in the centre of Fez. From there, we’ll begin a stroll through the ancient heart of the city in search of the best traditional Moroccan dishes. Moroccan gastronomy blends flavours from Berber, Arab and Mediterranean traditions, and this tour is designed to offer a complete culinary experience. As we walk through Fez, we’ll make several stops to try a variety of local products. You’ll taste Moroccan sweets, natural juices, traditional teas, meat sandwiches, soups, fish, chicken and the famous pastilla. At the end of the tour, we’ll sit down for lunch at one of the city’s best local restaurants, where you’ll enjoy a selection of typical Moroccan dishes. After lunch, our gastronomic tour will conclude at the meeting point, after approximately three hours together. Vegetarian Options All dishes on the tour can be adapted for vegetarians if needed.
