From here, we’ll begin a 5-hour trekking route. The first stage will take us to Sidi Chamharouch, a small pilgrimage site known as “the Devil’s Sultan.” We’ll stop for lunch at around 2300 metres before continuing our ascent to a mountain lodge at the foot of Mount Toubkal, where we’ll have dinner and rest for the night.
We’ll have breakfast at the mountain lodge before setting off on a nine-hour hike to the summit of Mount Toubkal at 4100 metres.
