About Ali

I’m Ali, a local chef based in Tamraght, near Taghazout and Agadir, with a passion for Moroccan food and the traditions that surround it. For me, Moroccan cuisine is about much more than recipes. It’s about sharing, hospitality and bringing people together around the table. Through my cooking experiences, I love introducing travellers to the flavours I grew up with, from traditional tagines and Moroccan salads to our spices and, of course, mint tea. My goal is to welcome you as a guest, cook together in a relaxed atmosphere and help you discover a more personal side of Moroccan culture. Come as a guest, cook like a local.
